Day 1

Course outline for Miguel Larcher Catering & Bakery, including a three-day program with topics such as kitchen safety, knife skills, vegetable and grain characteristics, bread baking techniques, and introductory culinary skills.

Orientation:

 During orientation students will meet all school staff. Uniforms, knife kits, policies and procedures manuals, and schedules will be distributed. The chefs will provide an overview of the curriculum and grading policies. There will be a financial aide seminar for those students who are seeking assistance
